CANstruction Pittsburgh is celebrating its 4th year with an installation at the Mall at Robinson (at the rotunda by Helzburg Diamonds and Banana Republic)showcasing five teams building massive sculptural structures completely out of canned goods. Last year more than 10, 250 cans were collected, an estimated $7,654 value, to be donated to local food banks of each team’s choosing. How many can we collect this year? YOU CAN HELP! Bring your canned food items to drop in the boxes next to your favorite structure and cast your vote. Come see, and more importantly, VOTE for, these amazing structures until Friday September 26,when all of the cans from the structures and the “votes” will be donated to local Pittsburgh food banks for the holidays. On Friday evening, these amazing structures will be judged by pros, but your vote will win them “Fan Favorite”! Which is your favorite??
